Price Adjustment Commitment
If an identical item you purchased from kitpro.shop is reduced in price on our website within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a one-time price adjustment.

Eligibility
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and apply only to identical SKU/model items listed on kitpro.shop that are in stock at the lower price.

Exclusions
Price adjustments do not apply to competitor prices, limited time flash sales, clearance items, purchases made with additional coupons, or purchases during special sales events.

Request Process
Email info@kitpro.shop with your order number, SKU, and the current lower price. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method
Approved adjustments are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
